COFFEE
CONCENTRATE
If
you are doing coffee enemas on a daily basis or several times per day, you may
want to make a concentrate of the coffee for the enema use.
You can make enough coffee for 4 enemas in the same time as making a
single enema coffee.
The
following is a basic coffee enema recipe, if you are following a certain program
or are under the care of a coach or Doctor that recommends a different recipe
please be sure to follow the directions you’ve been given by your coach or
Doctor.
A
RECIPE FOR COFFEE ENEMAS
In a
non-aluminum pot or saucepan:
Stir
1 cup of organic coffee – finely ground (not instant) into 4 cups of filtered
or distilled water.
Bring
to a boil: continue boiling for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce
heat and cover with lid; let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove
from stove element and let coffee cool down to room temperature.
Strain
coffee through fine sieve* to remove as many coffee grinds as possible.
Because
of the boiling process, some of the water may have evaporated, so add plain
filtered or distilled water to the coffee to bring it up to 4 full cups.
Store
in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
*Please
avoid using a paper or cloth filter to strain your coffee as it removes much
more than the grounds, much of the prime elements such as Cafestol will be lost
buy using cloth or paper.
When
ready to do the enema:
Shake
or stir the concentrate, take 1 cup of coffee concentrate and add to 3 cups of
filtered or distilled water and bring up to proper temperature for the enema.
